What are AI Video Jam Sessions? AI Video Jam sessions bring together artists, tech enthusiasts, and creators to generate AI-powered video content collaboratively.
Hosted on Discord, Participants break out into teams to create unique AI video projects within a set time frame—30 seconds in 30 minutes.
AI Video Jams are the best place for knowledge-sharing on technology’s frontline. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to learn from community members and share what you know.

🏁 AI Video Jam Session General Rules Teams Participants are assigned to teams. If you have a team, great. If you are solo, we love that and we will assign you to a team.
Duration The total event is 1 hour, and the breakout competition is 30 minutes.
Objective Create a 20-30 second video based on a provided audio clip. Everyone gets the same audio. There are different audio tracks and themes each week.
Tools Use 10zebra’s AI storyboard interface for video creation and collaboration. Use any other tools you want, but the final project must be exported from 10zebra. some text
We also recommend free video stock sites like Pexels , Pixabay , and Videezy . Use the Midjourney Channel in 10zebra’s Discord server, or any other image generator, and upload directly into 10zebra. Take videos directly into the 10zebra app by logging into 10zebra on your mobile device and select the camera icon 📷 Keep the video short, under 5 seconds! Submission Team leads are responsible for submitting your final video by the end of the session. The current week’s submissions will be viewed and voted on at the beginning of the following week’s AI Video Jam Session.
Weekly Winners Weekly winners are automatically entered into 10zebra's Quarterly AI Video Showcase, where guests can watch and upvote videos over the week of the Showcase, culminating in a Discord party where winners are announced and prizes awarded, including 10zebra AI Artist Sponsorship packages.
🔎 How to Join and Navigate AI Video Jam Sessions You must sign up for and Log in to both 10zebra and Discord
🧭 Navigating Discord 👯 Join 10zebra Discord Server Navigate to the Event Page on the 10zebra Discord server, and click on the event Invite Link shared on the page. Use Text Channels
To 😜 chat with team members and share media files and contacts To view and ✅ vote on AI Video Jam submissions from the previous week Use Voice Channels to talk, watch videos, and collab in breakouts
Breakout Channels: During the session, you will be directed to a breakout channel for team collaboration. They are found under Voice ChannelsReturning to Main Event: Use the channel list to navigate back to the main AI Video Jam 10zebra Voice Channel when needed.🦓 Quick Guide to the 10zebra Interface Open the Project Link For these events, you won't start a new project. You will be given a project link found on the AI Video Jam Chat under Text Channels .
The team lead will own the project, and collaborators will have limited functionality. You won't upload the audio, as all that will already be done. The project will already be storyboarded with empty shots. Upload Content Open a shot and upload a video.
Record Video Directly into the Mobile App Log onto the 10zebra.app while on your mobile device, and CLICK the camera icon to record directly into the 10zebra storyboard.
How to Use the Different AI Models Text-to-Video: Add a text prompt to transform your ideas into video clips through AI capabilities. Video-to-Video: Add a text prompt, a video reference, and set the influence level to transform your content through AI capabilities. AutoCine: Add a text prompt and a video reference. Autocine will base an entire clip on just the first frame with higher resolution.
Select Clips Open a clip and CLICK “Select” to add that clip to the final sequence and preview.
Preview Clips CLICK the “Preview” tab at the top. Here you can preview all your selected clips in a current sequence.
